| Sites | Managing your saved website addresses and opening their recent checks. |
| Findings | Prioritizing persistent issues, returning findings, assigned work, and uncertain evidence across active sites and visitor locations. |
| Run log | Following queued, running, completed, inconclusive, and interrupted checks. |
| Reports | Returning to saved results and comparing evidence. |
| Activity | Seeing recently finished checks and marking their notifications read. |
Run log and Reports support filters and pagination, including check source: Manual, Scheduled, or Fix verification. A report has its own stable URL within your workspace. The site page shows its latest 30 visible checks; use Reports or Run log to find older checks.
Add or edit a site
Add a site from Sites. You can save it without a check, or start one immediately. Reuse an existing site for repeat checks; the same URL cannot belong to two non-removed sites in one workspace.
Open a site and choose Edit site to rename it or change its URL. Earlier reports retain their captured URL. You can rename a site during an active check, but wait for active checks to finish before changing its URL, archiving it, or removing it.
Archive for safekeeping; remove with care
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Archive site | Keeps reports available and frees an active-site slot. Restore it before starting another check. |
| Restore site | Returns an archived site to your active inventory when a site slot is available. |
| Remove site | Owner only. Hides the site, its reports, and saved finding reviews from the workspace. Requires its exact name to confirm. |
| Remove report | Owner only, after the check finishes. Hides that report from customer views. |
Compare and export reports
Repeat checks can compare findings with earlier evidence for the same captured URL and visitor location. A change is only considered no longer observed when the relevant paths support comparison. Use a targeted verification when you need a result tied explicitly to an original finding.
- Markdown export includes evidence, suggested fixes, verification steps, review notes, comparisons, and available screenshot links.
- JSON export provides structured check evidence, manual reviews, and verification context for your own tooling.
- Print the report to use your browser’s PDF destination. The print view expands findings and removes the app controls.
- Exports include the full report, even if you currently have a finding filter selected.
A report link requires sign-in and access to the matching workspace. Switch to that workspace before opening it. Public sharing is not available in the customer dashboard. Exported files can be shared separately; check their notes, URLs, and screenshots before forwarding them.
