Allowances belong to the workspace
Open Usage to see the active workspace’s site and check limits, remaining check quota, and lifetime check totals. Free includes three active sites and three checks per rolling 24 hours. Pro provides higher limits; use the values displayed in your workspace as its current allowance.
Members share the workspace’s allowance. Manual checks, scheduled checks, and fix verifications all draw from the same pool. Switching to another workspace shows that workspace’s usage.
See which tools your workspace includes
Usage shows an Included in this workspace section alongside your remaining capacity. It lists the tools available in this workspace’s current plan, including audits, finding reviews, fix verification, report exports, monitoring, and team invitations. Changing workspaces changes both the included tools and the allowance.
An included tool can still need an owner’s permission or an available check slot. Owners manage schedules and team invitations; everyone shares check capacity. Your saved reports and review notes remain readable when a plan changes, and owners can still remove reports, revoke invitations, or remove members.
A rolling window is not a midnight reset
Each counted check leaves the window 24 hours after it was started. If you start three Free checks at 09:00, 12:00, and 15:00, those slots become available the next day at approximately 09:00, 12:00, and 15:00. Usage shows when the next check slot opens.
| Check or action | Counts toward checks? |
|---|---|
| Queued or running check | Yes |
| Completed or inconclusive check | Yes |
| Failed check | No |
| Reopening the same active site/location check | No additional slot |
| Removing a report or site | Existing counted checks still count until they leave the window |
| Exporting or reading a report | No |
Manage active-site capacity
Archiving keeps a site’s reports and frees an active-site slot. Restoring an archived site needs a free slot. Removing a site also takes it out of active inventory, but hides its history; prefer archive when you may want that history again.
A downgrade keeps existing sites and saved reports, even if the workspace has more sites or recent checks than its new limit. You cannot add or restore another site until active inventory is below the limit. New checks wait until the rolling allowance has space; deleting history does not bypass that limit.
