Troubleshoot checks and access

Find the next useful action when evidence, allowance, access, or billing is unclear.

My check is queued or interrupted

Queued means the request was saved and is waiting for a capture worker. Keep the check’s report link and revisit Run log. A queue does not have a guaranteed completion time. Reopening the same active site/location check does not consume another slot.

If the check is interrupted, read its error and confirm the public page loads from the selected visitor location. Site outages, blocked automation, redirects, and inaccessible consent controls can affect capture. Retry after addressing the cause; failed checks do not count toward the rolling allowance.

The report has incomplete evidence or no findings

  1. Read each consent path’s coverage and reason.
  2. Inspect whether the banner and its controls appeared, the requested action ran, and the stored choice could be read back.
  3. Confirm the expected consent experience on the same page and location in a fresh browser session.
  4. Fix the control or capture issue and run another check. Treat missing evidence as inconclusive rather than a verified fix.

No findings can reflect healthy measured behavior, unsupported cookie names, unmeasured network tracking, or limited coverage. Review the limitations and evidence before drawing a broader conclusion.

I cannot start a check or change a site

Open Usage and check the active workspace’s remaining allowance and next available slot. Inconclusive checks count, failed checks do not, and removed reports still count until their start time leaves the 24-hour window. Archive a site to free inventory capacity.

Wait for every active check on a site to finish before changing its URL, archiving, or removing it. Restore an archived site before running another check. Site and report removal require the workspace owner. Verification against an old report requires the site’s URL to match the report’s captured URL.

An invitation or report is unavailable

Check which account is signed in and which workspace is active. A saved report is visible only to members of its workspace, and an owner may have removed the report or its site. A direct report URL does not grant access.

Invitation links can expire, be revoked, or be consumed by another account. Ask the workspace owner to create a new link. If you already belong to the workspace, open it through the switcher. If you were removed or left, an old accepted invitation cannot restore membership.

Billing or a scheduled check is waiting

Only the workspace owner can manage billing or schedules. Checkout can be unavailable until billing is configured, and a successful payment return may precede the verified plan update. Review Billing and any existing Stripe subscription before starting another checkout.

For a schedule, inspect its displayed status, next attempt, selected location, and UTC time. Check whether it is paused, the site is archived, another check is active, the rolling allowance is full, or daily scheduling no longer has Pro access.
